Google Drive Return Policy?
For drive.google.com, the return policy is tied to the Google Account. The Google storage plan purchases are non-refundable. The amount of storage purchased is retained for the length of the subscription, even if the subscription is cancelled. In some countries/regions, the subscription can be ended immediately and a partial refund can be received.
If the auto-renewal fails, a seven-day grace period is added to the subscription so that the payment information can be updated. During this grace period, access to the Google Account or the current storage plan is not lost. If Gmail is used and the auto-renewal fails, the storage plan is extended for seven days to update the payment information.
If the storage plan is cancelled or expires, all additional storage for the account is lost. If the storage quota is exceeded for 2 years, all content that counts towards the storage quota may be deleted. Once the no charge storage quota is reached or exceeded, Gmail can't send or receive messages, Google Drive can't sync or upload new files, and Google Photos can't back up any photos or videos.
The storage subscription can be cancelled at any time. After the cancellation of the subscription, a confirmation email of the subscription cancellation is received. On the start of the next month of the plan, the account is downgraded to the 15GB of personal storage for Google Drive, Google Photos, and Gmail.
Remember, all this information is managed and stored securely in the Google Account.
